Author of Legends of the Black Orchid, and the soon to be released Final Doctrine, Ian Murray continues to tell tales of the adventures of an exclusive London-based intelligence agency, the Black Orchid, in novels based in part on his own early life experiences.

Born and educated in London, England, as a young man Murray became a member of Special Forces and was stationed throughout Africa, the Middle East and Southeast Asia. He later relocated to the United States and began a career in the medical device industry, running both private and public companies, and patenting several products along the way. After more than thirty years in the private sector, Murray now enjoys a career writing and storytelling on a full time basis.

Ian Murray happily resides in Northern Florida with his wife Robyn and his quirky yellow lab, Cody.
